1. General ProvisionsThis Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) regulates the procedures for collecting, storing, processing, and protecting personal data obtained through the website lionheart.am (hereinafter — the Website), owned by the “LION HEART” SPORTS NGO («ԼԱՅԸՆ ՀԱՐԹ» ՄԱՐԶԱԿԱՆ ՀԿ), registered in the Republic of Armenia (registration number 211.171.1462797, address: 33/20 Manandyan St., Yerevan).
By visiting the Website and submitting forms (including quiz forms), the User confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Purposes of Collecting and Processing Personal DataPersonal data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Registration and processing of applications for participation in the Academy’s training sessions.
• Communication with users regarding scheduling, registration, and organizational details.
• Providing information about Academy news, events, and promotions (with the user’s consent).
• Improving the Website’s performance and analyzing user interests through analytics tools.
• Maintaining internal statistics and reporting.

3. Types of Data CollectedThe following data may be processed through the Website and forms:

• last name, first name;
• date of birth;
• city of residence;
• height, weight (for training group selection);
• contact details (phone, e-mail, Telegram, social media links);
• information about sports experience and achievements;
• technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device information, interaction history with the Website.

4. Legal Grounds for ProcessingPersonal data is processed based on:

• the data subject’s (User’s) consent, expressed by submitting a form on the Website;
• the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Personal Data Protection” (ZR-49, dated 18.05.2015);

5. Methods of Processing and Data TransferPersonal data is stored and processed within a secure information environment.
To automate application processing, integration with the FitBase CRM is used, where only the necessary information is transferred (name, contact details, training direction, comments).
The Website uses third-party analytics services:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA);
• Yandex.Metrica and Yandex.Webvisor (Yandex LLC, Russia).

These services may collect anonymized technical data, cookies, and behavioral metrics.
Data may be transferred to third parties only with the User’s consent or as required by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Personal data is not transferred outside Armenia, except as expressly provided by international agreements.
6. Data Retention PeriodPersonal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, but no longer than 5 years from the date of the User’s last interaction, unless otherwise required by law.
